The shipping / delivery policy is as follows:
We carry out shipments with tracking (certified or by courier company) and with the possibility of adding insurance against loss or damage, at the request of the buyer, in which case the additional cost will be assessed.
In normal conditions the shipment will be made by a non-urgent method, since the items we sell are not essential and express delivery is an environmentally unsustainable type of shipment.
Shipments will be made to Europe, Japan, the United States, Canada, Australia, New Zealand and Latin America.
Shipping costs are combined in the case of several items purchased, minimizing costs.
Estimated duration of the shipments, variable depending on the location and the period of the year in which the shipment is made:
España Peninsular 1-3 días;
Balearic Islands, Ceuta and Melilla, 4-5 days;
Europe, Canary Islands 5-7 days;
Rest of the World 1-3 weeks.
A period of 1-2 days is required to prepare the order. This period can be increased if the volume of orders is higher than normal. Orders placed between December 15 and January 10 may experience significant delays due to holidays, volume of shipments, staff vacations, etc.
Courier companies such as MRW, Nacex, UPS, GLS, CTT, Correos, Correos Express, Zeleris, Seur, DPD, DHL, Mondial Relay, etc.
Shipments are only made from Monday to Friday on non-holiday days.
Shipments of pre-sale products will be made when they are available.
You can also collect the items by hand in Colmenar Viejo (Madrid, Spain) and pay with cash. If you choose the option "Pay when picking up at the Local", you will have 7 days, from the moment the order is placed, to collect it and pay the amount in cash, through Bizum, or the availability of the item or items purchased will not be guaranteed.
As it is not a physical store with attention to the public and, therefore, does not have a fixed schedule of attention, the date and time of collection of orders must be agreed in advance.
We do not ship with cash on delivery.
