Cancellation Policy



Orders that have not yet been posted can be canceled or those that couldn´t be delivered and have been returned for any reason.

In the event that an order has been reserved, half of the reservation deposit will be lost.

In the event that the item had been paid for and the shipment had not been made, 90% of the total amount paid will be refunded.

Refunds outside of Europe are made by bank transfer. The bank commission will be deducted from the amount to be reimbursed, in case the cancellation has been requested by the client.

Refunds will be processed within a maximum period of 7 days from the date of order cancellation.

The rush of buyers to receive the items does not affect the business's Cancellation Policy.

An order shipped and returned (not picked up) will only be shipped again upon payment of the costs of the new shipment. If these new shipping costs are not paid, this order will be treated as if it had not been shipped, for cancellation purposes.
