We carry out shipments with tracking (postal service or courier company) and with the possibility of adding insurance against loss or breakage during shipping.
If the insurance option is requested, in the event of any of these circumstances, a claim may be made to the courier company.
We accept payment by debit / credit card, bank transfer or deposit and Bizum. Paypal is available for international customers.
We do not use Paypal as a payment method.

You can also collect the items personally in Colmenar Viejo (Madrid, Spain) and pay with cash or via Bizum. In this case, an appointment will be made for the collection.

All the used and out of print items from our inventory are in our possession and available for immediate shipment.

A pre-sale item is an item that is not available in stock, that is in the process of being reprinted or manufactured, and may or may not have an estimated availability date from the publisher.
If “Next availability” is indicated, it means that the distributor has not indicated an availability date yet.
We have no control over or responsibility for delays in production or changes in availability dates for pre-order products.
The storage space in our store is limited. Existing several thousand items available on the market, we cannot have infinite units of each product in stock, so, in some cases, we may have to wait a few days for the product to be replaced.
Before placing an international order or an order destined for the Canary Islands, please check with us for the shipping cost of that order, as it depends on the weight/volume of the package to be sent.
If you receive a message indicating that the order has been completed or finalized, it means that we have proceeded to send the package and it will be delivered in the next few days.
